NATURAL SWIMMING POND

Sat surrounded by the rugged Welsh hills; this beautiful oak framed house was built a couple of years ago. A large undulating garden, the family had the vision of a natural swimming pool that reflected the broad sky as their view from their glazed south facing living spaces, accessed via a deck which cantilevered over the edge of the pool. A secluded seating area with pergola was also added, reached via a path which took you on a journey through the garden and continues down to the woods beyond. The pool and path were softened with planting and trees, and the broader garden, a mixture of lawned and meadow grass areas, seamlessly blends the garden into the wider view.
